Gorgeous specimen featuring gem golden Calcite
crystals with Quartz var. Amethyst!
A wonderful combination piece which displays a cluster of
golden Calcites with some of the sharpest,
most distinct phantoms I've seen in a long time. A sparkling micro-crystalline coating of
outlines the earlier terminations which are now visible through the gemmy, glassy Calcite
cluster sits alongside a gemmy purple cluster of Amethyst crystals which display some of
their own internal
phantoming. There are also two additional isolated Amethyst crystals atop the Calcites. In

Aesthetic specimen featuring Amazonite crystals
and Cleavelandite surrounded a large Smoky Quartz!
A beautiful combination specimen of turquoise-colored
Amazonite and Smoky Quartz from Colorado.
Not only is this specimen very well balanced and super aesthetic, it's also one of the few
you will ever
find that is completely unrepaired! This specimen is unrestored and unrepaired and nearly

Spectacular plate featuring feathers of Native
Silver on Quartz matrix!
This amazing specimen is from a new find in Morocco and was
part of a very small collection
of Silver "feathers" discovered. The feathers are actually crystalline dendrites
but the crystals
are solid with no gap between the dendritic structure. This imparts the feather look to
and it is one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. There are well over a dozen
the white Quartz matrix and all are complete, firm, and study. They are covered by a soft,
surface luster although some do exhibit a slight golden patina. In excellent condition
with no damage.

Lustrous dendrites of Native Silver on Quartz
An exceptional example of fine herringbone crystal
formation, not from Batopilas, but from
the San Genaro Mine. Brilliant luster rolls across the fine crystalline dendrites on both
and back with a 2+ cm spinel twin shooting across the very top. This is easily one of the
attractive small miniatures that I've seen from the San Genaro Mine. In excellent

Rare specimen featuring a large, gemmy, golden
Barite crystal on Chalcopyrite matrix!
This is something of an oddity because I've never seen a
golden Barite from this locality, especially
one with gemminess. Some brownish Barite specimens were found at this mine a couple years
nothing of this quality and color that I know of. The Barite at top is very glassy and
lustrous with good
transparency. It measures 3.6 cm in size and sits atop a matrix of coated Chalcopyrite
crystals. No damage.

Fine crystals of doubly terminated
Calcite atop a light pink Danburite crystal!
Aesthetic specimen which is as much a Calcite specimen as a Danburite one. The Danburite
well terminated with a gemmy tipped termination and very glassy surfaces. The Calcites
both sides of the Dan burite are doubly terminated with the Calcite on the right side
just one of a series of stacked Calcites which extend all the way down towards the bottom
pink Danburite. All the surfaces are highly lustrous and the specimen is in excellent

Deep green, gemmy cluster of
Forsterite var. Peridot crystals on a Magnetite crystal!
This is a wonderful example of what are considered to be some of the finest Peridot
crystals in the world.
The large central Magnetite crystal is surrounded by well formed, gemmy, terminated
on almost all sides. Very aesthetic with no damage. This is one of my favorite Peridot

Beautiful and quite large Lepidolite crystal with
Lepidolite crystals perched atop the front side!
It's unusual to find a Lepidolite that is truly worthy of
being its own specimen but this large crystal
fits the bill. The main crystal measures 8.2 cm in width and display a perfect edge all
the way around.
The surfaces of the facing crystals are glassy and reflective. In very good condition with

Excellent combination plate featuring Strontianite
crystal balls with golden Calcite and Marcasite crystals!
This plate displays a wonderful mix of minerals with all
their very different and distinctive forms. The Strontianite
crystal balls measure to 1.6 cm in size and are scattered atop the drusy matrix with gemmy
golden Calcites, many
of which are doubly terminated, and iridescent Marcasite crystals. This is an impressive
plate, free of detractions.

Aesthetic combination of Golden
Fluorite cubes with two crystal clusters of pinkish-white Barite blades!
I found two of these beautiful combo plates (the other
appears in the first showroom) and both exhibited
the really neat Barite clusters. The Barite is covered ever so slightly by a pinkish
Hematite accenting and
the Fluorite cubes are pure golden and transparent with a strong rolling surface luster.
