Super aesthetic display of Native
Silver wires with Acanthite and Sphalerite rising high above Quartz matrix!
This incredible matrix Silver is from China which makes it very rare as most
Chinese Silvers do not have matrix.
This cabinet sized specimen has all the visual presence of a much larger
Silver, but at a much lower price. The wires
display a lovely antiquish patina and a good deal of surface luster. They rise
up organically from a sparkling Quartz
matrix, twisting and curling as they stretch upwards. Just below the grayish
Acanthite are several yellowish Sphalerite
crystals which is an amazing thing to see. Also, the Quartz matrix has a small,
Silver lined vug just to the left of the wires.
Locality: Hongda Mine, Lingqiu Co.,
Datong Prefecture, Shanxi Province, China.
Measures 9.3 cm by 5.8 cm by 4 cm in total size.

Absolutely
stunning arrangement of elongated Aquamarine crystals with Schorl Tourmaline on
Albite!
This lovely specimen displays not one, but two elongated Aquamarine "pencil"
crystals, rising up from a
bed of smaller Aquamarines and shiny black Schorl Tourmalines! They exhibit a
deep blue color through
gemmy interiors, glassy faces, and topped by textbook terminations. The smaller
crystal was placed back
on the matrix so it is technically repaired but I can't see it and you would
never know it if I hadn't mentioned
it to you. It does however keep this from being a 45k specimen and makes the
piece an incredible bargain
at its asking price. The shorter Aquamarines in the middle are also terminated
with complex, matrix influenced
terminations which display numerous faces at various angles. This is one of the
most impressive Aquamarines
I've seen recently from Shigar and It would make a beautiful centerpiece in any
collection. In excellent condition.

Shigar Valley, Skardu
District, Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Northern Areas of Pakistan.
Measures: 12.8 cm by 8.2 cm by 7 cm in in total size.

Dazzling specimen of crystalline
Native Gold rising up from white Quartz matrix!
This is easily one of the finest, most graceful and aesthetic Golds I've ever
seen or offered! It is
totally crystalline in structure with dendrites, octahedrons, spinels, and more,
all situated around a
central towering spire of pure brilliance. Near the top, the specimen becomes
very arborescent and
takes on the appearance of a golden castle atop a mountain. The structure is an
amazing sight under
magnification and has enough going on to keep someone occupied for quite some
time. The surfaces
are super bright with a brilliant luster and flash from top the bottom. The
specimen could actually be
displayed from either side as both are attractive with an equal amount of white
Quartz at the base.
Locality: Eagle's Nest Mine, Placer
County, California.
Measures: 10 cm by 5.7 cm by 5.2 cm in total size.

Gorgeous
elongated
specimen of Horn Rhodochrosite!
Polished on the top side to fully display the rich color and internal rings, the
color and patterning is stunning.
This is one of the few Rhodochrosite horn specimens that I've seen recently
which wasn't cut into a thin slab.
It has the external rind all the way around and was left natural on the bottom
for contrast. In excellent shape.

Andalgala, Catamarca, Argentina.

Exceptional cabinet sized
Native Wire Silver on Silver and Acanthite matrix!
This specimen has tremendous eye appeal and artistic form.
It has the presence of a much more expensive
Native Silver from the famous Freiberg Mining District but offers it all in a
much more affordable price range.
The wires are thicker at the base, measuring 1.5 cm in width. They rise upwards
to a height of nearly 12 cm and twist
and turn in a way that is so sculptural and dramatic that it's impossible not to
be impressed. The wires are of varying
height and there are many curls and shepherd's hooks as they terminate. Clean
and lustrous with a light dusting of
Acanthite drusy between the striations, the antique patina is absolutely
gorgeous. Can be displayed from either side.
Locality: Himmelsfurst Mine, Freiberg District, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany.
Measures: 13.2 cm by 5.7 cm by 3.2 cm in total size.

Amazing pocket vug featuring fine
dendrites of Native Copper on Calcite crystals!
This is literally a Copper-Calcite geode. It
is half of a Calcite lined vug inside a Hematite matrix,
covered from one end to the other by Native Copper dendrites! The visual
contrast is stunning with
patinaed Copper dendrites strewn across the small white Calcite crystals. An old
classic from the 1880's.

Incredible specimen featuring thick
Aquamarine crystals on Muscovite and Albite!
The Aquamarines are perfectly terminated and jut out in all directions atop the
silvery bladed
Muscovite covered matrix! This is a tremendous Aquamarine specimen from a famous
locale
that just isn't producing the same quality that it once did. This specimen
probably came to market
back around 2002 or 2003 and its aesthetical qualities are excellent. The
crystals are terminated
with flat tips and only the occasional modification. The faces are glassy with
transparent interiors
throughout with better than average color. Contacts are few and invisible among
the dozens of crystals.

District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Northern Areas of Pakistan.
Measures 12.3 cm by 14 cm by 13.7 cm in total size.

Elegant specimen featuring gemmy
green Tourmalines with blue capped terminations on Quartz!
This is an amazing cluster, featuring half a dozen Tourmalines, all of
them super glassy and beautifully
striated with a rolling luster. Five of the Tourmalines display a vivid blue cap
termination above the
gemmy to translucent green lengths. The sixth Tourmaline is a rehealed
termination which displays the
faint beginnings of a blue cap which did not fully develop. The cluster of
Tourmalines sit atop the front
side of a Quartz crystal which serves as the host matrix.

Dazzling nodules of
precious Fire Opal in Rhyolitic matrix!

such incredible fire and beauty.

FinRare combination of Galena
crystals with Siegenite!
The Galena octahedrons and rare Siegenite crystals sit along side one
another with lustrous Galena
cubes. Siegenite is a rare Nickel Cobalt Sulfide. This is by far, the
largest plate of this mineral that I've
ever offered and it is richly covered by the slightly golden, highly
lustrous crystals. A great display piece.

This specimen is so intricate and is in excellent condition with a full

contacts along the tips. The point of matrix attachment was on the back side,
nicely preserving
the snowflake shape to the highly lustrous surfaces. Very pretty and airy with
no detractions.

Fascinating specimen featuring sculptural
Azurite nodules on Arkose matrix!
These Azurite concretions, which sit on an Arkose matrix, form when when
grains of Copper minerals dissolve in fluid
and reprecipitate as a carbonate. The end result is a wonderfully artistic
specimen of "weathered" Azurite spheres.

Very rare combination of Proustite with
Fluorite with Dolomite!
This is a combination I haven't seen before from Mexico and it dates back to
the mid 1900's.
The Proustite crystal coverage is rich near the center and still displays a
lustrous, dark hint of red
under direct lighting. Fluorite crystals can be seen to the top left and
lower right near the edges.
