Brilliant leaves and trigon crystals of Native Gold var. Electrum with Quartz on white Calcite matrix!
Electrum is one of my favorite minerals because it is a mix of two of my favorites - Gold and Silver.
When the percentage of Silver exceeds a certain ratio, the color of the Native Gold lightens to a pretty
light yellow and the mineral is considered to be Electrum.
This specimen is unbelievable under magnification,
displaying some of the finest, well formed crystal trigons you'll ever see on a Romanian Gold specimen. They
cover the lustrous and flashy brilliant leaves of Electrum which cover the specimen and rise upwards atop a
perfect horizonal Quartz crystal near the center. This is without a doubt, one of the finest Electrum specimens
I've offered from this classic European locality and one of the richest I've ever seen. In excellent condition.
Locality: Roşia Montană (Verespatak), Roşia Montanã Commune, Alba, Romania.
Measures: 6.5 cm by 4 cm by 3 cm in total size.

Beautiful blue crystals of Chrysocolla over Malachite ps after Azurite crystals!
These unique specimens came to market recently and I cherry-picked for the most aesthetic
clusters. This one is really aesthetic because of the artistic display of the crystal covered pseudos
spraying outwards along the top of the specimen. Very dramatic appearance and in excellent condition!
Locality: Luputo, Kakumba, Katanga Copper Crescent, Katanga (Shaba), Democratic Republic of Congo.

are scattered in a mostly upright display atop the matrix. They are translucent to opaque and the specimen is
in excellent condition with very few of the common contacts and incomplete crystals you see on a specimen of
this size range. The Wulfenite blades average between 1 to 2 cm in size and display sharp, beveled edges.

white Calcites. The Calcites are partially included by a brown Hematite, imparting additional
color contrast to the specimen. In excellent condition with no detractions or surfaces blemishes.

Fine crystalline leaves of Native Silver in cluster from Colorado!
This classic specimen dates back to the late 1800's mining activity in Aspen, Colorado, an area
now known more for winter sports and tourism. Most of the original mining structures no longer
exist and have been reclaimed. This specimen is from the Mollie Gibson Mine which today is a park
located at just over 8000 ft elevation. Silver specimens of this size and quality are quite rare today.
Locality: Mollie Gibson Mine, Aspen, Aspen District, Pitkin Co., Colorado.

Exceptional cabinet plate of deeply colored Amazonite crystals with dark Smoky Quartz!
The is one sweet specimen and the color is off the charts rich! The contrast between the
dark Smoky points and Amazonite is what draws collectors to these combos and I can
happily say that this plate has no broken terminations or distracting contacts. There is a
repair which is completely normal for these large plates but it's on the backside matrix
and not visible from the front. Overall, I can't find anything negative to say about this
specimen. And the white banding along some of the Amazonite crystals makes it even
more desireable! If you're looking for a top quality Smoky-Amazonite plate, this is it!
Locality: Teller County, near Lake George, Colorado.
Measures: 11.5 cm by 9.7 cm by 8.3 cm in total size.

Intricately crystalline and dendritic specimen of Native Silver and Acanthite and hard rock matrix!
This specimen is completely crystalline with numerous dendrites and herringbone crystal clusters
forming the entirety of its surface. Many of the crystals branching out from the center are quite
long and all are lustrous and range from spinel-twin to feather-like in appearance. The presentation
is incredible and the fact that the crystals rise up from a host rock matrix makes this a Batopilas
specimen that is both very aesthetic and quite unique. In excellent condition with no detractions.

MIN#DENVER2020-158 NEW!

Classic specimen featuring thick Native Silver crystalline dendrites!
A superb, spinel-twinned Silver crystal, 4.6 cm in length, flares into a flag shape at its termination on this superb matrix miniature.
Several spinel twin crystals come off the main crystal at an angle, imparting a "herringbone" effect. This Silver is definitely competition
quality and stands among the top quality of specimens in its size class for Batopilas with a unique style. Note that this is NOT from the
more modern finds of the 1980s because those were much thinner and fragile. This older, more robust style came out in several finds
dating back to near 1910, though it is impossible to say from which one this came now. A very impressive, lustrous, and sturdy miniature.
From the New Nevada Mine, Batopilas, Andres del Rio District, Mun. de Batopilas, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Measures 4.5 cm by 2.5 cm by 2.1 cm in total size.
