Spectacular specimen of Native Gold wires on pink Erythrite matrix!
These incredible specimens came to market a few years from a very small find in Morocco. This is the largest
and possibly the finest specimen of the find. I know I haven't seen a better example anywhere. The coverage of
bright golden wires atop the pink matrix is very impressive and the wires are larger than what I usually see from
this discovery. This specimen displays beautifully atop its base and the contrast between the Gold and matrix
is stunning. This is only the second locality in the world that I know of where Gold appears on pink matrix.
Locality: Taghouni Mine (Tarouni Mine), Bou Azzer Mining District, Drâa-Tafilalet Region, Morocco.
Measures: 14.2 cm by 8 cm by 7.8 cm in total size.

Large gem crystals of Beryl var. Emerald with Biotite Mica in Quartz!
These amazing Emerald specimens came to market during the Denver Show 2009 and I was impressed with what
I saw at the time. They have great Emerald color, being colored by Chromium like their Colombian counterparts,
and most were 3 cm in length with some measuring up to 8 cm! This is a cluster of moderately intergrown crystals
of dark green Emerald with crystals to 4 cm in length. The crystals on this piece are gemmy, lustrous and terminated
by the pinacoid form (flat tops). In excellent condition with superb color contrast between the black Mica and Quartz.
Locality: Kagem Emerald Mine-Copperbelt Province-Zambia.
Measures: 5.2 cm by 7 cm by 3 cm in total size.

Classic specimen of Native Wire Silver with Acanthite accenting!
I love the shape of this specimen because it resembles a gnarled old tree. I'm a collector of
all fine Silvers but those with a tree-like appearance are always special and highly sought after.
This specimen displays a beautiful antique patina atop thick, robust wires. This is the old style
of Freiberg Silvers which date back to the early or mid 1800's. Very impressive miniature.

Exceptional specimen of Native Silver crystals in cluster atop small amounts of Native Copper!
Very well crystallized specimen, displaying numerous well formed crystals of Native Silver branching our
from the base and climbing upwards atop one another. All are terminated with rounded terminations and
the surfaces are highly lustrous with a light greyish patina. The look of this specimen reminds me somewhat
of the spoked Cerussite clusters and is the second Native Silver I've offered on the website with that structure.

Amazing specimen featuring numerous stacked Azurite crystals from Tsumeb!
I don't know if you could call this a stalactite but it sure looks like one. Well over a dozen
glassy faced Azurite crystals, tabular in habit, climb atop one another, forming a pillar that
measures 9 cm in height! The Azurite crystals themselves measure to 2.2 cm in size. Another
interesting feature is that while the flat crystal faces are glassy smooth and lustrous, their
edges are slightly textured. This makes for a wonderful contrast. In excellent condition.

Beautiful specimen of Calcite crystal blades with deep red Sphalerite crystals on drusy Quartz!
These specimens first appeared in the marketplace over a decade ago and were easily some of
the finest Sphalerite specimens to date. The Sphalerites are bright red and resemble Garnet crystals.
Not many specimens were found with Calcite blades and few were as pristine as this specimen is with
its phantomed interiors of opaque white beneath translucent outer tips. I haven't seen many of these
lovely pieces lately and this is the finest plate I can recall from this scarce locality. Nearly pristine!
